The Nigeria Police Command in Lagos has declared two persons wanted over their alleged involvement in the murder of a woman in the Ikoyi area of the state. The command made the announcement public through separate notices released on its official X account on Wednesday.

The suspects declared wanted by the security agency are Folawiyo Alagbado and Ajibola Obateru. According to police records, both men maintain addresses located in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Investigators stated that the suspects allegedly conspired with other individuals to attack the female victim, killed her, and subsequently removed her body from the scene. The attackers also reportedly took away the victim's personal belongings during the incident.

“The suspect conspired with others to attack the victim, allegedly killed her and made away with her body to an unknown location,” the police command said in the notice concerning Alagbado.

Authorities issued a similar notice regarding Obateru, providing physical descriptions of both men to aid members of the public in identifying them. The police have urged anyone with useful information regarding the whereabouts of the suspects to report to the nearest police station.
